The Midwest Sportsmen Classic (MSC) is a business-to-consumer (B2C) trade show that brings together outdoor enthusiasts from across the region. Founded in 2013 at the original Michiana Event Center in Howe, Indiana, the show found its long-term home in 2018 when the venue moved to Shipshewana. In 2021, Adventure Productions partnered with the show and rebranded it as the Midwest Sportsmen Classic, raising the bar for exhibitors, attendees, and industry professionals alike.
We are a family-oriented event built on honesty, integrity, and a strong commitment to excellence. MSC is primarily focused on hunting and fishing, but also features a wide range of outdoor-related products, activities, and experiences. The show continues to grow in popularity while keeping the small-town warmth of Shipshewana with the energy of a large-scale event.
Each year, MSC offers a next-level lineup of expert seminar speakers, thrilling highlight events, and engaging contests for all ages.

Inaugural Year & Founding Location (2013)
The Midwest Sportsmen Classic began its journey in 2013 as a business-to-consumer (B2C) trade show, designed to unite outdoor enthusiasts from across the region. Its first home was the original Michiana Event Center in Howe, Indiana, laying the groundwork for what would become a premier event.
Finding a Permanent Home (2018)
After its initial success, the show found its enduring and permanent home in 2018. This pivotal year saw the Michiana Event Center relocate to Shipshewana, Indiana, providing the MSC with a stable and thriving environment for continued growth and community engagement.
Rebranding and Partnership (2021)
A significant transformation occurred in 2021 when Adventure Productions partnered with the show. This collaboration led to its rebranding as the Midwest Sportsmen Classic, a move that significantly raised the bar for exhibitors, attendees, and industry professionals by enhancing the overall show experience.
New Heights with Title Sponsorship (2024)
The year 2024 marked another milestone as FAE proudly stepped in as the Title Sponsor. This crucial partnership has been instrumental in elevating the show’s excellence, enabling the MSC to reach new levels of engagement and expand its offerings.
